Extra Characters - +50% of the Base Fee, with a maximum of 3 additional characters

Detail Fee - +25% of the Base Fee; this is applied in a case by case basis of character(s)

Rush Fee - +$30 to the Base Fee; I will determine before hand if I can meet the rushed due date

Additional fees will be determined on a case by case basis. Your quote will contain all additional fees before payment is requested Please take all these fees into consideration before submitting a commission order form if your commission meets the requirements listed.

Pattern/Repeating Background Fee - +$10 to the Base Fee; will be determined before hand.

Detailed Background Fee - +$25 to the Base Fee

The commissioner must acknowledge that the commission(s) they are purchasing is 100% voluntary.

The commissioner must be either of legal age and/or has/have their legal guardian's permission to purchase the commission.

I will accept payments through Paypall Invoices, Venmo, or Koffee.

I work on a first come, first served basis, but I do not accept every commission. If I feel, for any reason, that I can not fulfill your inquiry, your commission will be declined. This is because, in order to provide the best commission I can, I work within my comfort level and skill level.

You are limited to 1 commission slot at a time. This includes commissions with up to the maximum of 4 characters as a single order slot.

When commissioning me, you agree to accepting artwork within my current style(s). I understand my styles do not appeal to everyone, but I will do my best to meet the client's standards within my own creative ability.

Clear visual references must be provided, as I do not accept text-only commissions. The references can be from anywhere such as anime/manga, games, existing artwork of your character, adopt references, character sheets, pose images, clothing catalogues, etc. The more references you can provide my the better! If you provide low quality references (Low quality, fuzzy details, confusing details, no definable features, etc.), I will likely not accept the commission, as to prevent making mistakes with the characters details.

Full refunds can only be given DURING the commission process. I do not give out full refunds after the commission has been completed and sent. A full refund must be requested before I reach the final stage of commission work (i.e final detal check sent to commissioner for quality check/final revisions). Please contact me immediately if you need your money back before then.

In certain circumstances (i.e. client disapproval, financial issues, sudden cancellations, familial emergencies, medical emergencies, disaster emergencies, etc.) I will give a full refund regardless.

If you request a refund, you WILL NOT receive your commission.

You will NOT be allowed to sell, redistribute, trace, modify, and/or claim ownership of the completed commission in any way. You also can not use the commission for ANY purpose that wasn't previously discussed and agreed upon. Reposting the commission is ONLY acceptable if I am properly credited (i.e. linking my carrd, linking my Etsy, linking any of my social media accounts, tagging me in the post(s), and/or being credited untagged).

If the commissioner can not be contacted for clarification/quality check/approval for their commissoin after a long period of time (more than 1 MONTH) the commission will be declined and any payment will be refunded.

The initial price is for personal use ONLY, meaning the completed commission will not be used in commercial use to generate a profit. This includes but is not limited to game assets, book illustrations, resale as adoptables, etc.).

Streaming assets are counted under personal use, this includes PNGtuber/Vtuber sprites, twitch emotes, discord emotes, overlays, etc.
